Egeskov Castle (Danish: Egeskov Slot) is located in the south of the island of Funen, Denmark. The castle is Europe's best preserved Renaissance water castle.

It's beautiful! Some of the architectural details remind me of Biltmore. Maybe it was part of the inspiration for the mansion, since it was modeled after parts of various European buildings.
